This page introduces Cookie Law and the recent changes that have been taking place across the globe. Each region of the world will be looked at in relation to what issues they have had and continue to wrestle with. I will also look and what laws have been passed and what may be coming in the near future.
What is Cookie Law
Cookie Law is a term used to define new privacy regulations that are beginning to get introduced. The whole online privacy concept is a relatively new area in relation to a legal perspective. The law is racing to try and catch up a fill the gaps that have been created with technology moving much faster than the law creators can keep up with.
